SoHum Dancing is owned and directed by Katherine Wolman, ARAD.  She has been teaching ballet in the Southern Humboldt community for over 35 years, and has also been a longstanding member of The Feet First Dancers,  a local dance collective, that offers classes, performances and workshops.

As a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, Ms. Wolman is qualified to enter students in the graded and vocational examinations offered by the Academy each year.  This enables students to progress in their ballet training through an internationally recognized dance organization.
